Terrible Experience: Misleading Advertisement and Disastrous Management at Hotel Apna Palace

I had booked two suite rooms (412 & 401) at Hotel Apna Palace, expecting a comfortable stay for my family. However, upon arrival, I was shocked to learn that the central AC was malfunctioning, and they could only offer two executive rooms with split ACs. We were assigned rooms 201 & 202, but to our dismay, room 202 was still occupied by the previous guest. The intrusion of this guest late at night not only disrupted our sleep but also escalated to involve the police due to allegations of missing jewelry. The entire ordeal dragged on until 3 am, leaving my family distressed and exhausted. It is unacceptable that the hotel failed to ensure the availability of the rooms we reserved and allowed such a chaotic situation to unfold. Moreover, the behavior of the managing director was disgraceful. His obnoxious attitude towards us, as paying customers, was appalling, and I have recorded evidence of his disrespectful behavior. Hotel Apna Palace must be held accountable for their misleading advertisement of AC rooms and their disastrous management of guest accommodations. I urge potential guests to reconsider staying at this establishment until they can guarantee the quality of their services and the professionalism of their staff.

Good property, rooms are clean & hygienic, service provided by staff is good, Food was tasty, stayed foe one night & had a great stay there, Thanks to Feel India Tours & Travels for booking my stay here.

The location is convenient. The rooms are comfortable and clean. Service is good. The basement banquet hall is small and approach is not easy and clean. The party halls on 2nd and 3rd floor are better located and quite nice.

We stayed there in July when we can to Indore to attend the marriage of a friend's son. The bride's father had booked the rooms and they were also staying there. All the functions were also held in the same hotel. In fact, for the Bharaat, we started off from the hotel gate, went a short distance, made a U turn and came back to the hotel to be welcomed by the bride's team! The rooms were neat and comfortable, but the service was non existant. Since we were is such a big group we did not mind, since most of the time we were in each others' rooms. The staff at the reception would simply evade our requests and the rest of the staff in the hotel did a permanent disappearing act! In the main function, being held in the conference room, it was completely self service right from searching for the AC switches to switching on the ACs, to setting up the chairs for extra guests. The food variety was nice, and food was good. However, all the food arrangements were made for us specially, so we did not get to eat in the restaurant as a normal guest would. The hotel had parking for a few cars, but when the local guests arrived for the function, then parking became an issue.

We organised a wedding there. AC was not working in any room or hall despite several complaints. Bathroom and towels were not clean. Even in final settlement they asked for more money then justified in name of tax, which was already in the package. All in all a bad experience, will never go back.
